Article Access Updater Content Plugin
This plugin allows the user to setup five rules that specify the section, category, time, current access level and new access level.
Each time an article is displayed on the site, the plugin checks each rule to see if the specified number of hours have passed since the article was created. If so, the access level of the article is updated to the new access level.
This was originally requested by a user on the Joomla Forums. The user wanted to use it to allow all users to be able to see new content while only registerd (pay) users can see older/archived content.
